Liquid chromatography – high resolution mass spectrometry screening of Astragalus hamosus and Astragalus corniculatus

چکیده
Astragalus hamosus and corniculatus were examined for the presence of flavoalkaloids, acylated highly glycosylated flavonoids. Non-purified extracts overground parts species subjected to ultra-high performance liquid chromatography – high resolution electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRESIMS) analysis results compared authentic reference substances. A flavoalkaloid kaempferol was newly identified in an extract A. . In addition, three compounds quercetin flavonoids, with hydroxymethylglutaric acid alcesefoliside, found first time.
